UNAM Launches a Course to Learn How to Make the Most of Your Free Time

Free time is a valuable resource that we often underestimate. What do you do with it? Do you use it to watch series, read books, engage in sports, or simply relax?

Recognizing its importance, the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) has launched a free course designed to help you make the most of your free time.

The course, titled “Free Time: What’s It For? I Don’t Have Time!” is a 12-hour program that aims to raise awareness of the importance of free time in personal life.

It is led by Lic. Julieta Hernández Hernández and is available on the UNAM’s Aprendo+ platform, which offers a wide range of free and self-paced courses.

The course content is structured into three modules:
