Santander Language | Online English Courses 2023 Scholarship Program
This scholarship program, with the financial support of Banco Santander, aims to boost English language learning among students and young professionals residing in Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany, Brazil, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay.
Its purpose is clear: to enhance English language skills to increase employability in an increasingly competitive and globalized job market.
Details of the Scholarship Program
The Santander Language | Online English Courses 2023 Scholarship Program will offer a total of 5,000 scholarships, each of which will include:
- 12 hours of guided classes
- 48 hours of self-paced learning
- Live24 webinars
The courses included in the scholarship program cater to five different levels, ranging from beginner (A1) to advanced (C1).
The British Council will administer a placement test to determine the appropriate level for each student.
Within their level, beneficiaries will acquire essential skills for effective communication in professional settings, preparing for job interviews, developing vocabulary and grammar tailored to the workplace, and establishing connections with professionals from different fields and countries.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate indicating their program completion at a specific level.
Who Can Participate?
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a resident of Argentina, Germany, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Uruguay.
- Be over 18 years old.
- Complete the assessment test available on the Santander Scholarships platform, which consists of a series of tests to evaluate the competencies and skills necessary for the program.
